You might be saying the same thing I did: “What the heck is Podcast?” It is a new technology for using RSS to automatically download audio files to iTunes or Windows Media player, which can then be transferred to your digital player allowing you to listen to them at your convenience and on your schedule. You do not need an Apple iPod (or any portable mp3 player for that matter). What you do need is a computer, an internet connection, and a software program that will download all your new podcasts.
